EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO FREE INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE
Everyone who is detained at a Police Station is entitled to receive free independent legal advice. We have experienced solicitors who can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, should you require representation.
Having legal representation at the Police Station is crucial. What happens there can seriously influence the outcome of Court proceedings that follows.
MAGISTRATES' COURT
DON'T LEAVE YOUR REPRESENTATION TO CHANCE
Every criminal case starts its life in the Magistrates' Court. Whether or not legal representation will be free of charge will depend upon the case.
We offer a free initial half hour interview so that we can give you preliminary advice specific to your case.
If you have to attend the Magistrates' Court in relation to any criminal offence, then we will be pleased to assist.
YOUTH COURT
Everyone under 18 years who is charged with a criminal offence will appear before the local Youth Court (except when jointly charged with an adult).
The Youth Court has different sentencing powers compared to the Magistrates' Court. There is a range of sentences which are specifically tailored to youths.
In the vast majority of cases, representation at Youth Court will be free of charge. If you require representation, then call us.
CROWN COURT
DON'T LEAVE YOUR FATE SOLELY IN THE HANDS OF THE JURY
The more serious criminal cases will be tried/sentenced in the Crown Court. We offer representation in the Crown Court. We have a specialist Crown Court department which works closely with highly qualified barristers to ensure that you receive the best representation.
If you would like more information about representation in the Crown Court, then call us and we will be happy to discuss your case.
