We advise businesses of the employer/employee relationship, the importance of drafting fair and effective employment contracts and work place policies and taking the correct approach on disciplinary and grievance procedures. We advise and represent business in claims to Tribunals by employees, Union recognition issues, unfair/redundancy/discrimination issues and on the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
