From 2007 all homes placed on the market require a Home Information Pack (HIP) - this must be in place before the property can be marketed.
The change is intended to cut out the delays and eliminate the frustrations which can be experienced in selling your property. It is important that you call us first before visiting estate agents as we can discuss your marketing strategy and prepare a Stokes Home Information Pack at a very early stage.

Large corporate estate agents will offer Home Information Packs as a marketing strategy to lock sellers into using their estate agency financial and conveyancing services. On the other hand a Stokes Home Information Pack is acceptable to all estate agents and you will have the freedom to place your home on the market with a number of estate agents, if you wish.
We will provide you and your chosen Estate Agent with a copy of the HIP which is available on CD rom. We can provide a Stokes HIP in under 6 days but the timescale depends largely on search providers.
