1. Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
At Stokes we understand that considering the long term future and making preparations, such as making Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney can be a sensitive subject. To prevent any problems or disputes in the future it is essential that such documents are drawn up correctly so that they meet your wishes.
Our fees are:-
£150.00 plus VAT for a simple straightforward single Will
£250.00 plus VAT for simple straightforward Wills for husband and wives or partners

Our fees for Lasting Powers of Attorney are:-
£500.00 plus VAT (including preparation of registration papers) for a Property and Financial Affairs or Health and Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney
£900.00 plus VAT (including preparation of registration papers) for both Lasting Powers of Attorney.
2. Estate and Trust work
We also understand that managing a loved one’s affairs, if you have suffered a bereavement, can be very stressful and upsetting. At such a time our specialist, experienced client team in both disputed/ and non-disputed estates work can provide the clarity and support required in such situations, in a sensitive, sympathetic and effective way. Our focus is always on the client.
